EVENT SPACES

Our 3,000 sq. foot Pavilion sits right next to the beach and Waterpark and is a covered oasis from the elements. With the tiki bar just steps away and a large deck/stage attached, this is a complete party area and provides LOTS of shade.

Located adjacent to our Pavilion, this area can be easily added to it for larger groups.  This picnic area is situated on a crushed granite base with large sun shades and oak trees overhead

The most beautiful views on the property, Ritaville is perfectly situated next to Blu’s Bar and overlooking the pool, beach and lake. It has a beautiful grassy area along with large oaks that provide excellent shade. Perfect for adult birthdays and smaller corporate groups

Picnic tables under the shade of mature oak trees provide a great homebase for birthday parties.

Quietly nestled in the corner of our property this area is perfect for those groups that want a little more privacy but still be close to the bar and restaurant. Shaded by large oaks and perfect for an intimate get together.

This area includes our outdoor games such as volleyball, washers, cornhole, bocci and more.  In the offseason it is awesome for firepits and smores.  Nice sand and directly off our back patio with great views.  

Beachside Billys back deck is available for small parties in the Summer or exclusive parties in the offseason.  It is completely enclosed with heat lamps in the Winter and can be exclusively  reserved for holiday parties, weddings or birthday parties

Great for a corporate cocktail party with standing tables, decorations and tiki torches or a great home base for your family reunion.  Beautiful sunset viewing spot.

Indoor dining space with dedicated bar. During offseason can be exclusively reserved also and when added to the back patio your party can be up to 250 guests.  Book your private party now!
