  • Where do I park for the waterpark?
    You must park in the parking lot 1 block from the waterpark entrance. Follow the RED ARROWS. Do NOT park in front of the restaurant or you will be towed. Nothing ruins your day like having fun all day and then realizing your car has been towed because you parked in the wrong place.
  • Can I use the waterpark for free if I eat at the restaurant?
    No, you will need to purchase a daily admission or season pass in order to enjoy the waterpark. You are welcome to the game area and lower bar but you are not allowed to use pools, slides or any part of the waterpark without paid admission and a signed waiver.
  • Can I bring in my own beer, wine or liquor?"
    NO. You cannot bring in any outside alcohol. If you are caught with outside alcohol, you will be escorted out with NO REFUNDS. We are a licensed TABC facility and it is illegal to allow any outside alcohol on our premises.
  • Can I bring my own cooler with food and drinks?
    No, Coolers are NOT ALLOWED in the waterpark- NO FOOD OR DRINKS! You can come and go and utilize your cooler in your vehicle but it cannot be brought in the waterpark. For drinks, you are allowed to bring in a water cup (Yeti, Stanley, Hydro flask, Camelbak, etc). Containers must be empty, you can fill at any of our bars with water. If you are caught with outside alcohol, you will be escorted out with NO REFUNDS.
  • Is the BEACH FREE?
    No, it is not. Due to low lake levels, lake access is currently closed. Once we reopen it, you must pay the daily Admission to access the lake.
  • Can I bring my pet to the waterpark?
    Per Travis County Health Code, pets are not allowed anywhere in the Waterpark (pool, beach or slide areas). We welcome your well behaved dog on the covered dining deck the restaurant.
  • Do you have first responder or military discounts?
    Yes, check the pricing under the Waterpark tab.
  • Do you have lifeguards?
    Yes, every ride has guards at the top and bottom and we have lifeguards in the pool area. However, the pirate ship/kiddie pool and the lake do not have lifeguards at all times.
  • Do you give refunds?
    No. All sales are final. There will be no returns or exchanges. Please check local weather conditions prior to planning your visit.
  • Can parents ride the slides with children?
    No. The only double rider slide we have is the Sidewinder which is ridden on a double tube. For safety reasons, you must meet all height and weight requirements to ride each slide.
  • Is there anything for toddlers?
    Yes, our pirate ship is awesome and perfect for toddlers up to 4-5 year olds. Once kids are 42", they can do 3 of the 4 slides.
  • Do you have a family season pass?
    No, all passes are per individual.
  • Do you have cabanas to rent on the beach?
    At this time, we do not have cabanas. You are welcome to bring your own shade umbrella or tent if you desire at no charge.
  • Can I bring chairs, floaties, inner tubes, tents etc for the beach?"
    You can bring anything you want to use for the lake to float, sit in or provide shade. Please be respectful of others when setting up for the day.
  • Do I have to pay admission to the waterpark to eat at the restaurant?
    No, you can just come on in any time to eat/drink ....day and night. You can listen to music on the back deck and enjoy the game lounge but you cannot wander around the waterpark using the beach or pools without a wristband.
  • Do you have Gluten Free options?
    Yes, we have gluten free pizza crusts and buns are available
  • Do you have a veggie burger option?
    Yes, we have the IMPOSSIBLE Burger. It is the best on the market and most people think it is beef.
  • Do you have air conditioning?
    Yes, we have indoor seating that is air conditioned and we also have lots of outdoor seating.
  • Do I need a reservation?
    Not usually, however if you have a party over 8 and you want to come on a Friday or Saturday night, it would be good to call us at (512)258-5110 and make a reservation.
  • Can I bring my pet?
    We allow well behaved dogs and parrots on the back patio only. They are NOT allowed anywhere in the park, just the restaurant patio.
  • Do I have to pay to come by boat?
    No, you do not have to pay to eat at the restaurant or have a cocktail at Blus Bar. If you want to use the pools, slides or hang out on the beach, you need to have a wristband. If you have a boat, purchase a season pass and you are set all Summer.
  • How do I book a bungalow?
    You can visit www.volentebeachbungalows.com and book through Airbnb or you can contact kara@volentebeach.com directly for availability.
  • How much are the bungalows?
    Bungalows are different prices for weekday vs weekend, season vs offseason and even how many days you book. Each one is a different size also and they include a different number of waterpark passes. The best thing to do is visit www.volentebeachbungalows.com for all the information and pricing.
  • If I book a bungalow, is the waterpark free?"
    YES! it is included for the day you arrive and the day you check out giving you a great deal. Each person is normally $25 on weekends. Each bungalow gets free entrance for the number of guest it sleeps. If it sleeps 4, it gets 4 VIP bands during the stay.
  • Can I have pets in the bungalows?
    No, pets are not allowed in the bungalows.
  • How far away are the bungalows?
    They are across the street. Less than 100 yds away. The Lake House is attached to the waterpark and you can just walk out your back gate.
