-Our restaurant will be open at 4:00pm until if you want to come early and grab food/drinks in our restaurant and waiting area/game lounge.

-Check-in will begin 15 minutes prior to your entry time.

-If you are more than 15 minutes past your entry time we will get you through the park when we can- - - but we will be prioritizing guests that are on time to their check in.

-Please listen to staff rules before entering each new section of the park. If you are not listening, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

-No refunds or changing dates

-Refunds will only be issues if VOLENTE BEACH decides it is unsafe due to weather or factors out of our control. If VOLENTE BEACH closes for any reason we will refund your tickets for the night and you can re-book.
