If you are hired as a lifeguard you will be required to show proof of certification or complete the training course offered on site The cost is $85.00 for original training class and is due by the first class day. Renewal is $65.

As an employee of Volente Beach Waterpark, your child will be required to attend training classes, and adhere to the standards outlined in our employee handbook. In addition they will be responsible for every shift included in their work schedule. It is your child's responsibility in the event that a shift can not be filled to find a replacement for their absence. Volente Beach wishes to create a safe family environment for its' guest and employees. For our younger employees we try to encourage parental involvement to help them establish a good work ethic that will provide a solid foundation for their future career pursuits.
